Import Refund Spreadsheet (CSV)

Export your refund-policy-impact sheet as CSV and import it here. Rows are matched to tickets by the HelpScout URL/number in the sheet, then merged in for dollar amounts and policy tracking.

About this dashboard

What is this?

This dashboard summarizes Strategy11's Accounts support inbox — refunds, discounts, disputes, cancellations, and an AI-generated summary of what happened in a given period. Click any number on a stat card to see the actual tickets behind it.

Choosing a date range

This Week / 4 Weeks / Quarter / Custom let you pick what period to look at. One quirk to know: "This Week" runs Sunday–Saturday, but tickets are internally grouped into Monday–Sunday weeks for the AI summaries — so you may occasionally see a note like "2 weeks in this range." That's not an error; it just means your 7-day view happens to straddle two of those internal week buckets.

Running the analysis

Run Analysis pulls in any ticket that was created, replied to, or closed within the selected range and has it analyzed by AI. Backfill / Catch up finds any past weeks with no analysis yet and fills them in automatically. Larger ranges are processed in the background in small chunks — the progress bar will keep moving on its own, so there's no need to keep clicking the button.

Why numbers can shift slightly on a re-run

A few fields (like whether an account was "saved," or a ticket's sentiment) are judgment calls made by AI, and can occasionally land a little differently between runs. Also, if you're looking at the current, still-in-progress week, new tickets and replies keep arriving — so those numbers are expected to grow until the week is over.

How "Replies Sent" and "Customers Helped" are counted

These count only the replies actually sent within your selected dates — not a ticket's entire history. So a ticket that's been open for a month and finally gets closed this week only contributes the replies sent this week, not every reply it's ever had.

Where refund dollar amounts come from

Dollar figures are detected automatically from refund-confirmation emails where possible, but the imported refund-policy spreadsheet (CSV) is the authoritative source for exact amounts. If dollar totals look incomplete, import the latest spreadsheet using the button in the Refund Policy Impact section.

"No analyzed data" warnings

If you see a banner saying a week has no analyzed data, it just means analysis hasn't been run for that week yet — not that there were no tickets. Switch to a Custom range covering those dates and click Run Analysis to fill the gap.
